When you register for the masterclass you must give information that is accurate, complete and current - in particular a working phone number and email address, because that is how we reach you about the session. We are not responsible for a missed class caused by contact details that were wrong or out of date.

By registering for the masterclass you agree to the terms associated with it, including the fee shown on the registration form and the date and time announced for the session. Your seat is for one person.

StepUp Business Academy reserves the right to modify the content, schedule and pricing of the masterclass. If the date or time changes, we will tell you through the WhatsApp group or the contact details you registered with.

After a successful payment you are given a link to a WhatsApp group where joining details and updates are shared. That invite is issued to you alone and must not be forwarded or posted publicly. We may remove anyone from the group who shares the invite, disrupts the session, or behaves abusively toward other participants or the instructor.

All payments must be made through the payment methods available on our registration form, processed by SSLCommerz. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for every purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, but a change never affects a registration that has already been paid for.

Refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy.

All masterclass materials, including the live session, slides, recordings and any documents shared with participants, are the intellectual property of StepUp Business Academy and its instructors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view this content for personal, non-commercial use only. Recording or redistributing the session is not permitted.

The masterclass is educational. Nothing in it is a guarantee of business results, income or outcomes, and decisions you take based on it remain your own. In no event shall StepUp Business Academy, nor any of its officers, directors or employees, be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising out of or connected with your use of this website or attendance at the masterclass.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. Changes are effective once posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
